The following designated shipping costs apply for the cumulative value in the shopping cart:

Switzerland and United Kingdom:

• Spare parts: €15
• Goods value up to €100: €20
• Goods value over €100: €25

Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France:

• Spare parts: €5
• Goods value up to €100: €8
• Goods value over €100: €10

Other EU countries:

• Spare parts: €15
• Goods value up to €100: €20
• Goods value over €100: €25

Return Shipping Costs:

If we have made an error with your delivery, we will provide you with a free return label. Please contact us by phone or through our contact form in this case.

However, if there is no error on our part and the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the regular costs of return shipping. We kindly ask that the goods be returned to us in their original packaging.

Important notes:

Customs/Taxes for Delivery Outside the EU:

All prices stated include VAT. Please note that in addition to the stated costs, there may be additional customs duties or taxes for deliveries to an address outside the EU.

Parcel delivery for large umbrellas:

Our large parasols measuring 300x300 cm or 350 cm Ø or larger are delivered by express and can only be delivered once. If the parcel service does not find anyone, we will have to charge for the second delivery attempt.
